PAYMENT POLICY
we accept payment via paypal or credit card (visa and mastercard). sales tax is charged to customers who are california state residents.
SECURITY
paypal, is a trusted and dependable payment source, for all online transactions. we do not collect or store any credit card information. paypal uses industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
if your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order.
PRIVACY POLICY
we respect your privacy and do not sell or share any customer information with third parties, under any circumstance.
GIFT WRAPPING
we would be happy to gift wrap your package for an additional charge, you will have the opportunity to select this option at checkout.

a beautifully wrapped gift, specialty wrapping paper with ribbon and hand-written note - $8
gift wrapping option can be added to your shopping cart through the 'gifts' page.

SHIPPING POLICY
orders placed monday-friday before 3 PM PST (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. all orders placed after 3 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
shipping costs are based on the total price of your merchandise and will be calculated during checkout. we will ship your order by USPS or UPS within the US, and are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. please contact us for any multiple shipping orders or rush order. for all international orders we will ship via USPS.
international shipping rates to Canada and Mexico is $13, for all other countries $14. all tarifs, taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
we are in not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors.
shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
we take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from parasols. if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 15 days from the shipping date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). all sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.
all returns must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. we do not refund shipping charges and we do not accept returns after 15 days from the ship date. once return authorization has been received, please send us back your purchase with a copy the invoice. returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your returned package. please note customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back.
damage claims must be made within 3 business days of package arrival.
